Web 3 Solution LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use the App. Because the App is non-custodial, we collect significantly less data than a traditional financial application; however, certain information is still collected in connection with the App's functionality and legal obligations.
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

We do not collect government-issued identity documents, Social Security numbers, bank account information, or payment card details — that information is collected directly by Third-Party Providers. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

The App is operated from the United States. If you access the App from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
