This Privacy Policy is Part II of the DigiDoDo Terms of Service and is incorporated therein by reference. Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
§17

Overview & Commitment

Web 3 Solution LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use the App. Because the App is non-custodial, we collect significantly less data than a traditional financial application; however, certain information is still collected in connection with the App's functionality and legal obligations.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

We comply with applicable U.S. privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and, to the extent applicable, other state privacy statutes. We also endeavor to follow principles of data minimization, purpose limitation, and user control.

§18

Information We Collect

18.1 Information You Provide

We may collect the following information that you voluntarily provide:

  • Support Requests: If you contact us for technical support, feedback, or customer service, we may collect your name, email address, wallet address (public), and the content of your communication.
  • Voluntary Survey or Feedback Information: If you participate in surveys, beta programs, or feature feedback, we may collect your responses.

18.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, we may automatically collect the following:

  • Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and App version.
  • Log Data: IP address, access timestamps, features used, and crash reports.
  • Analytics Data: Anonymized or aggregated usage patterns, screen views, and in-app navigation. We do not link analytics data to individual users where practicable.
  • Error and Performance Data: Crash logs and performance metrics used to improve App stability.

18.3 Blockchain Data

Because transactions are recorded on public blockchains, the following information is inherently public:

  • Your wallet address (public key).
  • Transaction amounts, timestamps, and counterparty wallet addresses.
  • Smart contract interactions.

This blockchain data is not "collected" by us; it is permanently and publicly recorded on the blockchain and is accessible to anyone. We have no ability to delete or modify blockchain records.

18.4 Information We Do NOT Collect

We Do Not Collect the Following

We do not collect your Private Key, wallet credentials, or authentication passwords. We do not collect government-issued identity documents, Social Security numbers, bank account information, or payment card details — that information is collected directly by Third-Party Providers. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

§19

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • App Operation and Improvement: To provide, maintain, operate, and improve the App's functionality and user experience.
  • Technical Support: To respond to your support requests and resolve technical issues.
  • Security and Fraud Prevention: To detect, investigate, and prevent unauthorized access, fraud, abuse, and other prohibited activities.
  • Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable law, court orders, regulatory requirements, and law enforcement requests.
  • Communications: To send you important notices about changes to the App, these Terms, or this Privacy Policy.
  • Analytics: To analyze aggregate, anonymized usage data to understand how Users interact with the App and make improvements.
  • Research and Development: To develop new features and functionality.

We do not use your information for targeted advertising, sale to third parties, or any purpose not listed above without your consent.

§20

Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We may share information with third-party vendors and service providers who assist us in operating the App (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics providers, security services). These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only for the purposes of providing services to us and to maintain appropriate security standards.
  • Third-Party Providers: When you initiate an Onramp or Offramp transaction, we may pass your public wallet address to the relevant Third-Party Provider to facilitate the transaction. Any additional personal information collected by Third-Party Providers is governed by their own privacy policies.
  • Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information if required to do so by applicable law, regulation, court order, subpoena, or government request, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with legal process or protect the rights, property, or safety of Web 3 Solution LLC, our users, or others.
  • Business Transfers: If Web 3 Solution LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of such transaction. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
  • Protection of Rights: We may disclose information to enforce our Terms of Service, respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties, or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Web 3 Solution LLC and its users.
§21

Onramp/Offramp Provider Data Practices

When you use Third-Party Providers for Onramp or Offramp Services, those providers collect and process personal information independently from Web 3 Solution LLC. This typically includes, but is not limited to:

  • Full legal name, date of birth, and government-issued ID.
  • Residential address and proof of address documents.
  • Biometric data (e.g., facial recognition for identity verification).
  • Bank account and payment card information.
  • Transaction history maintained by the Third-Party Provider.
  • IP address, device fingerprint, and geolocation data collected by the Third-Party Provider.

Third-Party Providers are independent data controllers. Their collection, use, and storage of your personal information is governed by their own privacy policies and applicable law. Web 3 Solution LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of Third-Party Providers. We strongly encourage you to review the privacy policies of any Third-Party Provider before submitting personal information.

Third-Party Providers may be required by law to retain your information for extended periods and to report transaction information to government authorities, including the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

§22

Blockchain Transparency

You should be aware that blockchain technology is inherently transparent and public. Any transaction you make using your wallet will be permanently recorded on the relevant blockchain and will be publicly accessible. The public nature of blockchain means that:

  • Your wallet address and all transactions associated with it are visible to anyone with access to a blockchain explorer.
  • Sophisticated blockchain analytics companies may be able to associate your wallet address with your identity based on information available from other sources.
  • We cannot delete, modify, or obscure any transaction record from the blockchain.

If privacy is important to you, you should research privacy-preserving practices for blockchain usage before transacting.

§23

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The App may use cookies, local storage, SDKs, or similar tracking technologies for the following purposes:

  • Essential Functionality: Technologies that are strictly necessary for the App to function (e.g., session management, security tokens). These cannot be disabled without affecting App functionality.
  • Analytics: Anonymized analytics to understand App usage and performance. You may opt out of analytics data collection through your device settings or within the App settings.
  • Crash Reporting: Technologies used to capture error logs and crash reports to improve App stability.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell cookie-based data to third parties. Third-Party Providers accessed through the App may set their own cookies and tracking technologies subject to their own policies.

§24

Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

  • Encryption of data in transit using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols.
  • Encryption of stored data where applicable.
  • Access controls and authentication requirements for employees and contractors.
  • Regular security assessments and penetration testing.
  • Incident response procedures.

Security Cannot Be Guaranteed

No method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own devices and authentication credentials, which are never transmitted to or stored by Web 3 Solution LLC.

§25

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. The following general retention practices apply:

  • Support communications and related data: retained for up to three (3) years from the date of the communication.
  • Analytics data: retained in aggregated or anonymized form indefinitely; individual-level raw data retained for up to twelve (12) months.
  • Security and fraud logs: retained for up to five (5) years.
  • Legal compliance records: retained as required by applicable law.

When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
